Children Singing Peace Around the World (CSPAW) Composed, Created and Directed by Dawn L. 	Howad, age l4 shared her views on peace and contributed her translation of Children Singing Peace Around the World in Arabic.  She and Kyra from Hawaii wish to begin a penpal relationship and perhaps one day meet in person.  To view Arabic translation  CLICK HERE

	Dawn singing to Howad's school at recess.  The Maui, Hawaii Children's Cloth of Many Colors Peace Quilt is displayed for all to see.  The art teacher at this school is working with the students on the project. They plan to contribute their own segments to the Cloth in the Spring of 2002.
While Dawn was sharing with students at Howad's school, the music teacher there was working on a music arrangement to fit the arab translation.  By the end of the day, he offered his arrangement to Dawn and the students. It was well received by all!  Many of these students recorded the Arabic version of "Children Singing Peace Around the World" when Dawn returned in the Spring, 2002.
	Dawn was deeply touched by meeting with all the children and had fun with their traditional requests of visitors to sign their hands!
